Architectural design by Tom Bosworth. Design production was handled collaboratively by the Reijnen Company and the Bosworth Studio. Site planning and development by the Reijnen Company.

Complete construction services by the Reijnen Company.

Project:

In addition to construction of the residence, the project included overall planning and development of the 40 acre site, including accommodation for future buildings and extensive landscape preparation. The residence is sited prominently on a high point of the property, enjoying excellent views of the surrounding grounds, Mt. Rainier and the Puget Sound to the south.

The house was designed and built to the highest levels of traditional craftsmanship. It is intended to look and feel as though it were built long ago and only recently renovated. This sense of Old World craftsmanship required very careful design, planning, and material selection to maintain a high level of integrity. The clients, project architect, and the Reijnen Company team all worked very closely to ensure an excellent outcome.
