Project:

The narrow waterfront lot provides wonderful southern views of Eagle Harbor. Careful planning on the narrow lot maximized views in social areas and created plenty of room for three teens, with office and studio space for the busy owner, and a private master suite with wonderful panoramic views of Mt. Rainier and Puget Sound.
