Project:

The residence is located on a hillside lot with excellent views of Rich Passage and Pleasant Beach on Bainbridge Island. The design program for the semi-retired clients included office and studio space as well as a room for visiting family and friends, within a traditional shingled exterior. The interior is bright and well lit, with extensive hardwood flooring, custom pine cabinetry and built-ins, and painted millwork. Benefiting from an excellent southeastern exposure, the home feels warm and inviting - just what the clients had in mind.
